Experiments with artist film

Below are two small experiments in creating performance film, where the two art-forms are equal and not just approached from a documentation standpoint. These two short works represent my first attempts at creating digital performance work.

These Things Aren’t Mine is a screen dance piece and concept trailer for a planned ambitious digital performance project exploring the effects of living with childhood trauma.

Vagabond Matter: A Love Letter to Existence is Acrojou’s most recent work. Being on the outside of the creative process for the first time gave me the opportunity to experiment with how we can truly combine theatre and moving image.
